What is a “PBID”?
PBID stands for Property and Business Improvement District. This kind of district is also known as a Business Improvement District (BID). A PBID/BID is a public-private partnership in which businesses in a defined area elect to pay an additional tax in order to fund improvements and services to the district.
Downtown Flagstaff PBID
The three proposed goals of the Downtown PBID are: Parking Management, Basic & Enchanced Services, and Promotion & Business Services.
