Agenda:

1. Continue (wrap up?) discussion of permit parking programs, notably:

a. Review all bullet points – address stakeholder concerns
b. Charlotte’s Map of B versus R parking
c. Guest Permits – All aspects, notably including limitations
d. “Business Size” exception for issuance of more permits
e. Stickers versus Mirror Hangers (involves transferability)

2. Time permitting, start review of enforcement portion

b. Equipment
