The development of the Downtown Management Plan continues with various conversations about the different aspects taking place at a focus group level and with overall direction from the Steering Committee. Twenty-eight focus group meetings have been conducted to date. In many ways, the efforts have been very successful, notably as the details are being flushed out and finalized, and as the participants have been very helpful. Consensus is being reached. The process is losing some ground of late, since the holidays and the snow, and hopefully the Steering Committee will address this.
