At February the Steering Committee meeting, the committee has decided to propose the Downtown Management Plan in phases and with only adoption of the first phase being sought at this time. Our work is not in vain! The change of the project to a phased development and proposal in no way diminishes the work to date – it only postpones the work necessary to complete the development of the plan.  Read the full newsletter.
