Notes from the Incorporation & Management Focus Group:
Per our discussion, please find attached the outline I am using for agendas and notes … the part we were working on yesterday is the PBID section (the hyperlinks in the document work so you can jump there from the Index by clicking on the item you want to jump to).
It is a living document – meaning that it is not necessarily complete, definitive, or correct. And, I am changing it all the time as things develop and as information becomes available. As each group is discussing various things, I am modifying or expanding the outline, writing text, and so forth. In this way, we will establish all the “deal points”, and consensus, and ultimately build up to the final DMP.
Please note that in the interim, my intended use of the Focus Group discussions and the document is to have a pretty good “specification” of what we want when we engage the consultants (both legal and engineering consultants were budgeted in the Business Plan if needed). Funding for these services is scheduled for using meter revenues, so it is likely a ways out, unless I can secure alternate funding (or a loan). At this point, being “a ways out” is not a major concern as I believe we have a lot more advance work to do in flushing out the deal points and consensus.
I welcome any comments on the outline – such things as completeness, content, and so forth – either in or out of the Focus Group format …
