A 2008 comprehensive plan that address many issues currently affecting downtown including: Parking Management, Marketing & Event Management, Maintenance & Cleanliness, and Signage. This plan was produced by the City of Flagstaff in cooperation with the Downtown Community. Flagstaff City Council approved the plan in February of 2008. PDF Download – ~3MB
Tuesday, August 25th Kevin Burke, City Manager, and Karl Eberhard, City Architect, will present to Council an update of the Parking Study, the proposed Downtown PBID and the new 2009 Concept Downtown Management Plan.
